With your written permission we may collect personal information from you, including information about your:
- Name / contact information / billing or purchase information / credit history
We may collect your personal information in order to:
- determine your credit worthiness (only with your written approval) and any other purpose related to the supply of the company’s goods and services to the customer.
Besides management and essential accounts staff, we share this information with:
- a 3rd party credit reporting service (Equifax) in order to satisfy our requirements of provision of credit to you as our customer.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to give written approval to perform a credit check as set out in our Account Credit Application, we may (at our discretion) be unable to provide services to you.
We keep your information safe by storing it securely and only allowing essential accounts or management staff to access it.
